Can I Set Up My Own Coupons or Specials in The App?
Yes and as a matter of fact, we’ve designed the client dashboard to be so easy to use a 10 year old can do it! Now you wouldn’t want a 10 year old doing that but just know you can arrange specials that easy, that show up on the app as a pop up when people are near your restaurant. Whether it’s extended Happy Hours, Food Specials or whatever Patron can help your site immediately during a shift if sales are off or you can pre-schedule ahead days or weeks – It’s up to you.

Patron is 6% of the total bill ONLY if Patron is used AND they have both Takeout and Dine in menu’s.
Grub Hub charges up to 13.5% and is delivery only.
DoorDash charges 20% and $5-8, which goes to the driver.

My Venue is Bigger Than Most, How Do We Know Where The Patron Mobile User Is?
Patron Mobile uses “Beacon Technology”, the latest in GPS, Bluetooth technology and knows where your guest is when the order is placed and tells the user as well. Patron Mobile also allows the client to use table numbers, poolside area indicators, slot machine numbers or slot machine locations. Users of the app also have “special instructions” section that can be used or required to be used (total customization) that gives further location and/or food drink instructions to the kitchen and/or bar.
Our Food Orders Go To The Kitchen and Our Drink Orders Go To The Bar - How Does Patron Work In This Regard?
Patron Mobile integrates to any environment. When a Patron Mobile users orders both food and drinks then the beverage orders would go to the drink station (bar) and the food order to the kitchen if your establishment is set up this way.
How Does Patron Mobile Get My Menu, Pricing and Food Pictures?
When a Casino Resort/Restaurant/Hotel signs on with American Merchant Brokers and Patron we go to work with your people to obtain any and all needed information. We can also use existing menus for pricing and if you have pictures great, if not we have millions of great pictures in house of the highest quality so you’re going to look professional and at the top of your game at all times. We make it easy and quick to go live with Patron Mobile App.
We Have Higher Prices on Weekends Than Weekdays, Can We Show Those Prices on Patron Mobile?
Yes you can, we simply move or create a new profile from your listed prices into your existing POS system and if we have to use a side-by-side, we create those prices for you and again, the great dashboard lets you adjust when you want to.
Same goes for take out menus. Since most restaurants have a surcharge, that can apply here too.
How Do We Know The Patron Mobile User Has Paid the Tab?
Patron Mobile uses the latest in pre-authorization technology that pre-auths a card and if the user adds more items, say deserts, drinks etc. the system constantly adjusts the authorization to meet the charge demand AND tip! Our unique Beacon Technology also knows when a client leaves the premises or pre-determined area and automatically charges their card AND adds a tip amount set by management at a specific percentage (generally 20-25%).
The user can also pay right away and can re-open another ticket on Patron should they decide to order more during the visit. If they pay at time of order, the Patron App user then has a “tip slider” that is used to finalize the sale and payment. no more Dine and Dashes with Patron Mobile Dining App!
Our Speed of Service is Not The Best, How Would This App Make it Better?
Think back in your business to those times when you were short staffed and knew deep down inside your service levels weren’t up to speed.
